About the Founder

Hey, I'm Paweł Żentała – founder of Żentała Innovation Agency and Developer Experience enthusiast. From over two decades working at the intersection of soft and hard skills, I've been involved in internet communication, community building, internet marketing, design creation, and even built robots and worked on IoT projects.

All of this is connected by communication through technology, which is why today I focus on improving DevEx through Backstage by creating free and premium plugins and delivering custom Backstage development services for innovative companies. I also integrate LLMs into developer workflows as part of the broader DevEx ecosystem, including developing AI plugins for Backstage.
